Apple MacBook Air updated with new processors, prices cut by Rs 2,000

As expected, Apple has today updated the MacBook Air with latest generation processors, but has kept the styling intact. The laptop now gets a 1.4GHz Intel Haswell dual-core Core i5 (with Turbo Boost up to 2.7GHz) processor, an upgrade over the erstwhile 1.3GHz version. Apple has also slashed the prices of all four models by Rs 2,000 in India. So the base 128GB MacBook Air 11-inch is now available for Rs 65,900 and the 256GB for 79,900. The MacBook Air 13-inch is now available for Rs 72,900 for the 128GB version and Rs 86,900 for the 256GB version. More →
