Nokia today announced it is rolling out yet another software update (the third update in four months, if you are keeping count) for the Lumia 800. The update (version 1600.2487.8107.12070) promises to bring significant battery performance and power management improvement to the Lumia 800 and was earlier scheduled to be released on April 18. Nokia has slashed the price of Rs 23,790, according to online retailer Letsbuy. This is a 20 percent cut from its launch price of Rs 29,990. This comes after Nokia had slashed the price of the Lumia 710 by 20 percent too. At Rs 23,790, we believe the Lumia 800 is a pretty good buy if one is considering a Windows Phone device.
