HCL launches a slew of Android tablets in India starting at Rs 6,999

HCL launches ME Y2 ICS tablet for Rs 14,999

The 7-inch tablet rocks a capacitive display with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels, a 1GHz ARM Cortex A9 processor, a Mali 400 GPU, 1GB of RAM, 8GB ROM, a microSD card slot with support of up to 32GB of storage, a 2-megapixel rear camera and 0.3-megapixel front facing camera. HCL launches the ME X1 Android tablet for Rs 10,490

HCL has launched its 7.0-inch Android tablet, the ME X1 in India. The tablet is priced competitively at Rs 10,490 and is based on the Android 2.3 OS aka Gingerbread. It sports a 7.0-inch (800×480 pixels) capacitive display, 4GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB and comes with 1080p HD video playback support.
