After launching the Stellar Pinnacle Pro, Smart Flo Pace 2 Mi-502 and the Smart Ivory Flo Mi 450, Spice Mobile is back with another new device called the Stellar Horizon Pro Mi 505. Spice Mobility will soon join the ranks of the Micromax Funbook P600 and HCL ME Y3 Tab with the introduction of its new 3G and voice calling capable tablet Slatepad. Spice today announced the successor to its Stellar Pinnacle phablet, the Stellar Pinnacle Pro. The biggest update in the successor is it now runs on a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and features the latest Android Jelly Bean 4.2. The Stellar Pinnacle had a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and ran on Android Ice Cream Sandwich and users had to visit a service center to get it updated to Android Jelly Bean. (more…)Google+

Large screens have proven to be very popular with customers, and smartphone OEMs are cashing on this trend big time. It’s interesting to see that not only the top draw global OEMs are making strides in this space, but also many smaller ones as well. Spice Mobility is on a roll and in recent times it has been releasing a bevy of devices very quietly like the Stellar Pinnacle Mi–530, Nhance Mi-435, Stellar Xtacy Mi-352, Virtuoso smartphone and Stellar Pad. Sticking to that trend it has again discreetly released another low-cost Android phone called the Spice Smart Flo Mi-351 in the market earlier today. We spotted it earlier and today Spice has officially launched its new phablet, the Stellar Pinnacle Mi-530, featuring a 5.3-inch qHD IPS display. The dual-SIM Android smartphone comes with support for 3G+3G connectivity which is one of its catchy features apart from a 5.0-megapixel front facing camera with auto-focus, which we believe is a first of its kind. Spice seems in a habit of releasing devices very quietly. The Spice Mi-530 smartphone is available online in India for Rs 13,999. Apart from this, even the Stellar Nhance Mi-435 is available online for Rs 7,199. Both devices are now available on Saholic, which admittedly is a Spice owned retail property, so its not surprising that the device showed up first here. (more…)Google+
