TomTom releases free map updates for ‘Via’ users in India

Last September, TomTom had launched its first portable navigation devices, ‘Via series’, in India along with its Landmark Navigation system. It had also promised to keep updating its maps every quarter. Now TomTom has announced the availability of a free map update for all its Via device users in India, which can be downloaded from here. Nokia rolls out online maps with heat maps

Nokia today rolled out a new version of its online maps (available at maps.nokia.com) with new features like heat maps, reviews and more. Heat Maps shows places to check out popular places in a city based on the number of restaurants, pubs, tourist spots or shops. (Check out Delhi’s heat map in the pic above.)
