Notion Ink has released a beta version of Android Ice Cream Sandwich for its Adam tablet. Adam users can download the update from here. Huawei MediaPad tablet, Sonic & Ideos X3 Cloud phones launched in India

Huawei has launched the MediaPad Android Honeycomb 3.2 tablet and a couple of Android smartphones – the Sonic and Ideos X3 – that also have some cloud features. Aircel will offer some data bundling offer with these devices. The MediaPad is priced at Rs 28,395, the Sonic at Rs 9,210 and the Ideos X3 at Rs 10,229. Hit the break for the press release. OLPC India head disappointed with govt’s $35 tablet

Tomorrow, the government of India will launch a $35 Android tablet, which it aims to distribute to schools and colleges across the country. The tablet is manufactured by DataWind, a UK-based company and will have a 7-inch touchscreen display, 256MB of RAM, two USB drives and a memory card slot.
