Apple just confirmed during WWDC 2011 that it has sold 200 million iOS devices to date, including 25 million iPads. The iTunes store has also sold 15 billion songs and Apple has paid out over $2.5 billion to App Store developers. In addition, users have downloaded a total of 14 billion applications from the iTunes App Store — including 90,000 iPad apps — and 130 million downloads from the iBookstore.This post originally appeared on BGR.com

We’re only a couple hours away from finding out, but a photo has been making the rounds depicting what some are claiming to be part of the enhanced notifications UI in iOS 5. As you can see the in the photo, Twitter mentions are displayed on a second bar below the status bar, much like how Apple displays tethering or background voice calling. According to a new report form The Wallstreet Journal, Apple’s iCloud storage locker service — set to be unveiled next Monday during the WWDC 2011 conference — will launch with more partners than both Google and Amazon have for their competing services. Following a meeting with high-ranking executives at Apple, Morgan Stanley analyst Katy Huberty came away with a very positive outlook on Apple’s near term future. In a note to investors on Thursday, Huberty stated her “increasing confidence” in the company and said Apple stock could soon reach $540.
