HTC Desire 510 announced, featuring 4.7-inch display, Android KitKat and LTE support

HTC has announced a new smartphone in its affordable Desire series called the Desire 510. The smartphone will be unveiled at IFA in Berlin next month, and will soon be launched in select countries across Europe, and Asia.

As far as specifications are concerned, the Desire 510 sports a 4.7-inch FWVGA (854×480 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone also features a 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, 8GB of internal storage, microSD card support, and a 2,100mAh battery.

Connectivity options on this affordable smartphone include LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and on the software front, it runs on Android 4.4. KitKat wrapped under HTC’s Sense UI.
