HTC is expected to launch the all new 2014 HTC One on March 25, but it looks like the smartphone maker won’t leave the Mobile World Congress without making any worthy announcements. The Desire 8 phablet will make it to the MWC and here are a few pictures that HTC shared on its Weibo account. These were spotted by GSMArena.
The phone is expected to feature a 5.5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) Super LCD2 display, a 13-megapixel camera at the back and a 5-megapixel unit at front, front facing speakers and on-screen buttons much like the upcoming new One.
Likely to be powered by a quad-core 1.6GHz Snapdragon 400 SoC and 1.5GB of RAM, the Desire 8 will run on Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC Sense UI 6.0 on it. Color options for the phone are expected to be white, red, and dark blue
