HTC has tweeted out an image of an Iris, which also showcases the Estimated Time (ET), and the date February 19. Now some say that this could be a primer at an incredibly high-resolution display for the M7 or the HTC One, but that’s now common knowledge after the HTC Butterfly. Most top-end smartphones will have 1080p panels, but the big rumor with the M7 is an ultra-pixel camera.
It could also be that the image itself was taken from the M7, which will be pretty astounding.
As far as the entire HTC M7 rumor list is concerned, it will have a 4.7-inch 1080p SoLux display, 2GB of RAM, a 2,300 mAh battery, a 1.7GHz quad-core processor, all in a package that will run Android 4.1 or 4.2 with a revamped version of Sense. At least that’s what the rumors suggest.
