HTC has launched the Windows Phone 8X  in India for Rs 35,023, which is its Windows Phone 8 flagship smartphone. The 8X has a beautiful unibody design that makes use of polycarbonate like the One X, but combines this elegance with the power of a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5Ghz, 16GB of internal memory, 1GB RAM, a 4.3-inch Super LCD 2 panel with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels and a large 1,800 mAh battery.

HTC has packed in some interesting photography capabilities in the 8X. It has an 8-megapixel rear camera that has f/2.0 aperture and an image sense chip. Apart from this for Skype HTC has wide-angle front facing camera that also has a 28mm lens and has a dedicated image sense chip of its own.

It even has the Beat Audio branding, but this time around HTC claims to have added a dedicated amplifier for better sound quality.

Although the devices are launched in India. They can’t be found on any of the online retail stores.
Wonder if they are there in the stores to be tried out…
