This could be HTC’s Windows Phone 8 running Accord
For sometime we have been hearing that HTC plans on releasing three Windows Phone 8 smartphones in September. One these smartphones, codenamed Accord has been leaked by a member of the XDA-Developer Forums, who goes by the name Football. It seems like it is only a render and not even an official press image because the image posted suggests a Windows Phone 7.5 start screen. However, if one just goes by the design language, it is quite clear that HTC is planning devices similar to Nokia’s incoming Lumias with use of vibrant colors and perhaps even an unibody construction.
Previously, rumors have suggested that this device will have a 4.3-inch display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels, a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8GB/16GB memory options, 8-megapixel camera, NFC and a microSD card slot.
It is expected that HTC will announce the phone at an event in September and will launch it in either late October or early November, when Windows Phone 8 is ready for shipment.
