Motorola launches the Defy XT and Defy Mini waterproof phones in India
Motorola has added two new devices to its portfolio of waterproof devices in India with the launch of the Defy XT and the Defy Mini.
The Defy XT features a 3.7-inch display with Gorilla Glass, a 5-megapixel camera, a front facing VGA camera, a 1650 mAh battery, microSD card support, 1GHz processor, dual-SIM capabilities and 512 MB of RAM. In addition to this, the device is water resistant and repellent and Dust resistant, IP67 certified and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The Defy XT will start retailing for Rs 16,190 from June 20 onwards though it is already available on Flipkart.
The Defy Mini, on the other hand, features a 3.2-inch display with Gorilla Glass, a 3-megapixel camera with flash, a VGA front facing camera, a 1650 mAh battery, microSD card support, a 600MHz processor, dual-SIM Capabilities, and 512 MB of RAM. Besides this, the device runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and features a IP67 certified water resistant and repellent and Dust resistant exoskeleton. The device will also retail June 20 onwards for Rs 11,490.
