Motorola Razr Maxx officially launched in India for Rs 31,590
Last Wednesday we reported that Motorola was likely to launch the Razr Maxx in India and Motorola has indeed launched it along with the promise of launching the Razr V soon. The Razr Maxx is basically a souped up version of the already available Razr and features a slightly thicker casing home to a gargantuan 3,300 mAh battery.
Other specs of the device remain the same and the device features a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Advance display with a resolution of 960×540 pixels, a 8-megapixel camera which can shoot 1080p video, 16GB of internal memory and a micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB of storage. The device will run Android Gingerbread out of the box and Motorola is promising a OTA to Android 4.0 ICS. The device has been priced at Rs 31,590 and will be available in the market from June 21 onwards.
The Razr V, on the other hand, will be released in Q3. This device was launched in China only a few days ago and more less maintained the aesthetic of the Motorola Razr with only the difference being the presence of Android ICS out of the box and a button-less fascia in vain vein of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
