Samsung Galaxy S 4 to launch in India on April 25 and will be priced under Rs 40,000: Report
It’s barely been a day since HTC revealed the One’s price and as if on cue the price for Samsung’s Galaxy S 4 has been leaked online. According to a report on IBNLive, Samsung’s flagship phone will be available for less than Rs 40,000 which is close to the One’s Rs 42,900 price.
The report quotes an anonymous source who claims that the MRP on the Galaxy S 4 will be Rs 42,000 and will be available for less than Rs 40,000 at the stores. The source further claims that the flagship phone will be officially launched on April 25 in India and will be available at stores by April 27.
To recap then, the Galaxy S 4 sports a 5-inch Super AMOLED display with a 1080p resolution, an Exynos Octa 5 processor clocked at 1.6GHz, 2GB of RAM, a microSD card slot, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 2.1-megapixel front facing camera, a 2,600-mAh battery and 16/32/64 memory variants. Additionally, it features a gamut of new software features and runs on the latest version of Android 4.2.2.
