Our favorite industry insider, Eldar Murtazin, is at it again – albeit reporting about Samsung this time around. Murtazin, who also runs mobile-review.com, today claimed that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S III has entered mass production and has received the highest pre-orders from carriers in the Galaxy line-up. He also confirms it has a ceramic back, much like we exclusively reported a fortnight ago. We are not surprised at all by the carrier interest considering the Galaxy S II sold more than 20 million units.

The Galaxy S III is likely to feature a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, a 4.8-inch full HD (1080p) display with 16:9 aspect ratio, 2.0 MP front and 8.0 MP rear cameras and LTE in markets where the network is available. Like most Samsung flagship products, the Galaxy S III is also expected to get a simultaneous global roll-out. We expect the Galaxy S III to be available in May in India.
