Samsung Galaxy SII Plus Android Jelly Bean smartphone announced

Samsung today announced the Galaxy S II Plus, which along with the Galaxy S III Mini would complete Samsung’s mid-end product portfolio. The Galaxy S II Plus features a 4.3-inch WVGA display, a 1,2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage along with a microSD card slot. It has a 8-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front cameras. Like the Galaxy S III Mini, it would also run on Android Jelly Bean.

Samsung’s mid-end portfolio is turning out to be pretty interesting and the Galaxy S II Plus would be placed higher than the Galaxy S III Mini that features a 4-inch WVGA display, a 1GHz dual-core processor, 5-megapixel rear and VGA front cameras.
