Xiaomi may be planning to launch its much-anticipated smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi Note 4 in the coming weeks. The device was spotted on the Chinese certification website TENAA so it is likely that the company is gearing for its imminent launch. According to the listing and the photo of the image on the certification website, the device spotted comes with a model number M1807E8A. According to the listing, the certification was issued on July 27, 2018. PhoneArena also reported adding that it is likely that the device will come with different variants, one of which will sport the transparent finish.
Mi Note 4 will not be the first device by Xiaomi to come with that transparent back finish as the company already announced this finish with its Mi 8 Explorer Edition that was announced back in May 2018. It’s worth noting here that the circuit board shown to give it the transparent finish is not the real deal. Instead, it is a fake and the company uses a dummy circuit board. That board is not connected to the internal circuit and the actual circuit is below it.

Moving to the specifications of the alleged device, it will come with a vertical dual camera setup on the back and sports a notch on the front display. Even though the TENAA listing doesn’t reveal much about the device internals, it is likely that the device will come with a 5.99-inch display along with Snapdragon 845 SoC. The device is also likely to come with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage along with 4-axis OIS.
The report claims that the company is planning to price the device around 2,299 Yuan which is about Rs 23,019 at the time of writing. It is likely that the company will post a more comprehensive listing about the device in coming days.
