Android 4.4.2 KitKat update rolling out for Nexus devices


It has barely been a week since we started hearing about Google’s Android 4.4.1 update and not many have received this update yet. But according to Android Police, the next iteration Android 4.4.2 KitKat is already good to go.

The report contains an early changelog which reveals that the update brings improvements to the Nexus 5 camera like faster shooting, reduced shutter lag, better color balance and more accurate exposures. Additionally, this update also brings a fix for clearing VM indicator, fix for the delivery of VM indicators and various software fixes and security enhancements.

The update is being slowly rolled out and you might have to wait a bit for it to reach your device. In the meantime, you can also visit Android Police for the links to manually update your Nexus device.
