Apple announces Facebook integration in iOS 6

Apple has finally announced system wide Facebook integration in iOS 6. Previously, last year the company had announced Twitter integration in iOS 5.

Some of the new features involving the Facebook integration in iOS 6 include login from settings, sharing from apps like photos or the Safari web browser, check-ins, integration with the iTunes store, and Game Center. Additionally, Facebook will be integrated inside the Notification center and will also feature integration with the calendar and contact apps built into iOS 6.
