Google’s yet-to-be-launched cloud storage service – Google Drive has been leaked by one of its employees who was giving a presentation at a university in Brazil. The gaffe happened at João Itaqui’s (Google Enterprise director in Brazil) seminar, when some attendees noticed that there was an option called “Drive” in his Google toolbar. The Drive option appeared on the screen on the toolbar between the Calender and Sites options (can be seen in the image above).
A few days ago Google Drive app for Mac OS X was found in the Mac Store. Though the app could be downloaded and installed, it could not connect to Google. Also there have been multiple leaks and reports citing that the Google Drive will get launched in April. Google is expected to launch Drive on April 24 and is rumored to offer 5GB of free storage to users.
