Google’s Street View service coming to India, street-driving starts from Bengaluru
Google will soon launch its Street View service on Google Maps in India and to begin scouting places. The company has sent its famous tricycles or trikes (specially designed three-wheel pedi-cabs with a camera mounted on top) and the Street View cars to capture views. The driving will start from Bengaluru today. Don’t panic if that unique car happens to pass by and captures your face on camera as Google is assuring that faces and number plates of cars will be blurred. Google Trikes will start gathering images of select locations such as Nrityagram Dance Village where cars can not be driven. And once the image collection process is over, Street View will be available on Google Maps for Bengaluru residents. Stay tuned in for more dope!
