We already know that the Honor 10 is slated to launch at an event in the UK on May 15. Now, an alleged leaked poster of the upcoming smartphone has surfaced online giving us a glimpse at its back panel.
The leaked poster – spotted on Weibo by Gizmochina – looks like official promotional material, and features Chinese actor and singer Hu Ge. One of the things you notice first is that the Honor 10 will get the Twilight color variant. This color was introduced last month with the Huawei P20 and the P20 Pro.
Also seen is a dual-camera setup at the top-right corner accompanied by a LED flash. Surprisingly, there is no fingerprint sensor at the back, which could mean that Honor could embed it into a home button up front. The overall design of the back panel is in line with a leak we came across last month. The front panel is expected to feature a tall 18:9 display with an Apple iPhone X-like notch at the top.
Details are scarce, but a recent leak suggests that the Honor 10 could launch with a 5.8-inch display, Kirin 970 SoC, 6GB of RAM, and 256GB internal storage.
Watch: First look at Honor 9 Lite
As the name suggests, the Honor 10 will be the successor to the Honor 9. It remains to be seen if the Huawei sub-brand does bring the new smartphone to India. Last year, instead of the Honor 9, the company brought the Honor 9 Lite to India with a price tag of Rs 10,999. The USP of the smartphone was its four camera setup – two cameras at the back, and two up front.
