Huawei’s sub-brand Honor recently announced that Honor 7X, which is one of their best selling smartphones will now be ‘Made in India.’ Now, the company has announced that the 64GB variant with 4GB of RAM will be available offline across Honor stores in India. The smartphone will be priced at Rs 15,999, which is same as online pricing, and users can choose between blue and black color options.

We are excited to announce that consumers will now be able to get their hands on our superstar smartphone across and have the pleasure of owning one of the best dual camera budget smartphones. Honor 7X will be available at Honor authorized stores and resellers across India starting 9th February, “said P Sanjeev, Vice-President, Sales, Huawei Consumer Business Group.
Honor has also rolled out a new software update for the Honor 7X, which brings Face Unlock feature to the smartphone along with a security feature that can hide the contents of your lock screen notifications.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the smartphone flaunts a 5.93-inch full HD+ resolution display with an aspect ratio of 18:9, and a 2.5D curved glass on top. It is powered by a Kirin 659 octa-core SoC paired with 4GB of RAM.
For photography, the Honor 7X is equipped with a dual-camera setup which is a combination of a 16-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors. Up front, the smartphone houses an 8-megapixel camera. Keeping the smartphone ticking is a 3,340mAh battery. On the software front, the Honor 7X runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMIU 5.1 on top. The company has confirmed that the smartphone will soon receive Android 8.0 Oreo update.
