Honor launched the Band 3 alongside the Honor 9 smartphone in Berlin. While the smartphone is yet to be launched in India, the company launched the Band 3 in the country last week. Priced at Rs 2,799, the smart band had been available only in single color choice of Carbon Black. Honor has now added two more colors to the lot- Dynamic Orange and Navy Blue. The new variants will be available exclusively via Amazon India at the same price.
The Honor Band 3 has a curved design that has been designed to easily fit on the wrist. It weighs 18 grams and has a 16mm wide strap made of thermoplastic polyurethane. It features a vertically aligned 0.91-inch PMOLED display offering a resolution of 128×32 pixels. The display shows notifications including time, heart-rate and steps count.
Apart from that, the band comes with features like optical heart rate monitoring sensor and other regular fitness functions such as recording sleep patterns, steps, calories, distance and run. The Band 3 is powered by M4 core technology and helps users in customizing their workouts and fitness regime. It has an infrared sensor and 3-axis accelerometer. In terms of battery, the Band 3 is said to last for up to 30 days on a single charge. The Band 3 comes with 12-month service warranty while Honor also promises best-in-class after sale services to the consumers.
