The Huawei Nova 3 has been on the rumor mills for quite sometime now. We have already seen alleged renders of the device, and have also come across the kind of features it will boast. Now, an invite has surfaced online revealing that the Nova 3 will launch on July 18.
Huawei has put up a teaser poster for the July 18 event on its Weibo account. The poster, spotted by Gizmochina, shows the front and back sides of the upcoming Nova 3. The overall design is in line with what has leaked before, and it does look a lot like the Huawei P20 Lite. The smartphone is expected to come in color options of light blue, gold and bluish-purple.

Based on the leaks so far, the Huawei Nova 3 is expected to come with a 6.3-inch FHD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood will be a Kirin 659 octa-core SoC paired with 6GB of RAM. There will also be two storage options – 64GB and 128GB.

Among the talking points of the smartphone will be the four cameras on board. At the back will be a combination of 16-megapixel and 24-megapixel sensors. At the front there will be a combination of 24-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors embedded in the display notch.
The smartphone is also expected to feature a fingerprint sensor at the back, 3,650mAh battery with Super Charge support, and it will run Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box.
In addition to the Nova 3, Huawei will also be unveiling the TalkBand B5 wearable at the same event. This would be the successor to 2016’s TalkBand B3. Not much is known about the wearable, but it is expected to come with a larger color display, and fitness-centric features like sleep tracker, and heart-rate monitor.
