Looks like everyone wants in on the quad-core glory. After Micromax, Karbonn has secretly announced the S1 Titanium smartphone, which is powered by a quad-core processor. At the moment we don’t know, which chipset is being leveraged by Karbonn, but it will not be surprising if it turns out to be same one as the Micromax Canvas HD.
According to the website, the screen size is not clear, but it will have a qHD resolution. The device will have a 1,600 mAh battery, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, a 5-megapixel camera, a front-facing camera, a microSD card slot, dual-SIM capabilities and will have Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
Karbonn is taking bookings for the device, but the price of the device is still unknown.
