Under its new program called ‘Blockbuster Phoneday’, wherein Lava releases a new phone every Friday, the mobile maker has now released its latest Android smartphone called the Iris 454. The dual-SIM phone is available in the market for Rs 8,499.
The Iris 454 runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and sports a 4.5-inch qHD IPS (960×540 pixels) display. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core Cortex A9 processor and 512MB RAM. Other features included are an 8-megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, 2GB internal memory with a microSD slot for a card up to 32GB, a 1650mAH battery and also includes an HDMI port.
The Iris 454 will go up against the likes of the recently launched Karbonn Smart A12 which has similar specs but is cheaper as it is priced at Rs 7,699.
