Lava Magnum X604 6-inch phablet with Android KitKat launched in India for Rs 11,999


Lava today launched the Magnum X604, a 6-inch phablet running on Android 4.4 KitKat. Priced at Rs 11,999, the Magnum X604 will be available exclusively via Snapdeal in India.

On the specifications front, we are looking at a 6-inch 720p display, a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage and a microSD card slot that can accommodate cards up to 32GB. The Lava Magnum X604 has an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front facing camera. It also supports dual-SIM cards, with one card capable of 3G connectivity. It also features a 2,800mAh battery.

On the competition side, the Lava Magnum X604 will compete with the Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 A104, which also has a 6-inch display. Priced at Rs 9,000, it has relatively lowers specifications like a FWVGA display, a dual-core processor and a 5-megapixel rear and VGA front-facing cameras.

The other option could be the Intex Aqua Octa, which is priced at approximately Rs 15,000. It features Mediatek’s “true” octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM and a 6-inch 1080p display. It also has a 13-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front-facing cameras.

    i am very interested in this phablet. you are getting so many cool features like 6 inch hd screen, 8 mp camera, 2800 mah batter and so much more for a very low price. the design of the phablet is very cool too.

    best thing about having a large 6 inch screen is that you can get a large battery as well. The 2800mAh battery that you get with the Magnum is truly impressive adn i ma sure will last a long time. Great news for people like me who like to watch movies on their phone a lot.
