The wearable segment has seen a good growth worldwide, thanks to the affordable fitness bands and smartwatches that include fitness-centric features. With an aim to capture 20 percent market share in 2018, Lenovo has launched two new smartbands in India called HX03F Spectra and HX03 Cardio.
The HX03 Cardio, on the other hand, is priced at Rs 1,999, and is now available to purchase starting today from Flipkart. It features a 0.87-inch OLED display and a touch-sensitive button that allows you to cycle between different modes. The display shows battery percentage, time, date, day and information related to incoming calls and reminders. It features an intelligent alarm clock, a heart rate monitor, and IP68 water and dust resistance. What’s more, the silicone band can be detached and replaced with another one. It is fuelled by an 80mAh battery.
The HX03F Spectra, on the other hand, is priced at Rs 2,299, will also be Flipkart exclusive and will go on sale starting May 3. It features a slightly larger color display, activity tracker, and a dynamic heart rate monitor. The fitness tracker also comes with IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

India market which is approximately 2 million units in 2017, is expected to reach 3 million units in 2018,” Sebastian Peng, Head of Lenovo MBG Ecosystem.
“We target to acquire 20% market share within 2018. It combines modern innovation and technology with Lenovo’s trusted legacy of rendering smart devices. We have great expectation from the Indian market where the share of wearable devices is projected to gain significantly in the coming years,” he added.
