Lenovo is holding an event on March 20, and is widely expected to unveil the Lenovo S5. And now, just a day ahead of the scheduled launch, Lenovo has started to tease the upcoming smartphone.
The company’s Vice President Chang Cheng is shared a teaser on his Weibo page, which hints at the smartphone supporting AI-powered features and the capabilities of its OS as well. According to the teaser, the Lenovo S5 will not only come with Artificial Intelligence support for some features, but the AI will also be integrated within its operating system.
In another teaser shared a few days ago, Chang had revealed that the Lenovo S5 would run ZUI 3.5 OS based on Android 8.0 Oreo. Google’s Android Oreo provides improved system speed, performance and fluency.
Further, some past teasers suggest that the smartphone will sport a full metallic chassis, a full-screen design, an 18:9 bezel-less display, and an AI smart engine. It is also touted to feature facial recognition, secure payment and a long-lasting battery life.
The purported device’s teasers have also suggested the smartphone packing a large battery. A 6,000mAh capacity has been a hint.
