After unveiling the Vibe X at the IFA earlier this year, Lenovo today launched the device in India at an event in New Delhi. The Android device with a 1080p display carries a price tag of Rs 25,999 and will be available across the country later this week.
The Vibe X, as we mentioned before, flaunts a 5-inch full HD IPS (1920×1080 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 441ppi pixel density. Dimensions-wise, the device measures merely 6.9mm in thickness and weighs in at 121 grams.
It is powered by a MediaTek (6589T) quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and supplemented with PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU and 2GB of RAM. In terms of its photo-clicking abilities, the device features a 13-megapixel rear camera with auto focus and LED flash and a 5-megapixel snapper at the front.
Other features include a 2,000mAh battery and 16GB of internal storage, but unfortunately no way of expanding it. Connectivity options include, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, A-GPS and on the software front, the device runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
