LG teases Optimus G Pro on Facebook, reveals curved glass design

In the lead up to MWC we normally see a truckload of leaks. Even the LG Optimus G Pro was leaked a couple of weeks ago. But now LG has broken cover and teased the device on its Facebook page. LG has revealed a curved glass design for the 5.5-inch device.Customary to LG in recent times, the back panel has a digital cube like pattern and has a curved glass, which LG claims to produce a “2.5D” effect.

The company also revealed that the smartphone will have a full HD (1080p) display and a quad-core processor that’s mostly likely a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro.

A larger G Pro is expected to be launched in the end of February but whether it will be only for South Korea is still a mystery but hopefully we will be able to see it at the Mobile World Congress. We say this because LG is yet to even launch the Optimus G in India.
