The LG X5 was launched in 2016. And although it didn’t quite have a remarkable specs list, the smartphone is due to receive a larger battery this year.

The smartphone is available in the South Korean market as of now at a price of $330 (Rs 22,455 approx) which does not exactly make it cheap. The LG X5 (2018) is available right now in the Moroccan Blue color.

In terms of the difference with its namesake predecessor, the biggest difference lie in the look of the device. There has been change to the basic aesthetics of the device and the new one adheres to the design ideas that LG has been using in its current budget segment phones. The new design is more rounded with edges melding in the screen compared to the previous boxy design.

The display size of the smartphone is still the same at 5.5-inches and in terms of the specs the new version is only slightly better than the previous one.

The cameras of the device have not got a bump either, and remain the same with a 5-megapixel front sensor and a 13-megapixel sensor for the rear camera.
