MakeMyTrip launches Android and iOS apps and upgrades mobile website
MakeMyTrip has launched its Android and iOS apps as well as upgraded its mobile website which now features rich HTML5 support. Previously, MakeMyTrip had launched a BlackBerry version of its app. Through these apps, users will be able to search and book flights and the user’s details will be stored on the device itself to ensure details don’t have to be entered manually every time.
Additionally, the app will provide the ability to view booking details, make cancellations, request for e-tickets and even track refunds. The app will also keep the users abreast on flight schedules, and real time flight schedules. MakeMyTrip is saying that the apps will support secure credit card and debit card transactions. Users will also get exclusive travel deals and will also get instant personalized deal notifications.
