We know that Meizu is working on a new smartphone to mark its 15 years in business this year. The last leak confirmed that the smartphone will be called, Meizu 15 Plus. Now, what is said to be the leaked renders of the Meizu 15 Plus have surfaced online. The render confirms the design of the upcoming smartphone, and also shows the presence of dual cameras at the back.
According to the leaked image, spotted by Gizmochina, the Meizu 15 Plus is likely to feature a full-screen display with near-invisible bezels. The design of the smartphone is remarkably similar to the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2. The front camera and the sensors are seen on the lower bezel. At the back, the smartphone comes with dual rear cameras placed vertically in the middle with a flash and laser focus module.
In terms of specifications, the leak also suggests that the Meizu 15 Plus could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC or Samsung’s Exynos 8895. In terms of pricing, the smartphone might launch for RMB 3,599 (approximately Rs 35,900).
However, according to a presentation slide leaked previously, the smartphone is likely to launch in two variants, differentiated on the basis of RAM. The more expensive variant will cost RMB 3,499 (Rs 34,000 approximately), while the less expensive variant is said to cost RMB 2,999 (Rs 29,000 approximately).
