Micromax has done it yet again! We are not talking about its achieving some sales target but about taking another dig at Samsung’s smartphone range. Micromax has released a print advertisement mocking at the Samsung’s latest cash back and EMI schemes on mobile phones. With the advertisement, Mircomax is trying to highlight that unlike Samsung, their smartphones are easy on pocket and thus do not need consumers to buy one on EMI and other schemes.
This is not the first time that Micromax is targeting Samsung for its mobile phones as the Indian brand had earlier also spoofed the Korean giant’s previous smartphones through its advertisements. The new ad flashes Micromax’s Canvas series of phones which have gained popularity amongst the consumers for their smart features, close resemblance to Samsung’s previous flagships and affordable prices. The ad also highlights Micromax’s recently claimed sales figure of more than a million units of Canvas series.
