Moto G dual-SIM starts getting Android 4.4.2 KitKat update


The dual-SIM version of Motorola’s latest phone, the Moto G, is getting its first major update, in the form of Android 4.4.2 KitKat. Reported to be available in Malaysia at the moment by GadgetMTech Blog, the 230.4MB update brings the latest version of the Android OS to Moto G, apart from a new dialer app, SMS/MMS integration into Google Hangouts, and a new editing feature in the photo gallery.

The Moto G was launched in India on February 5, and has been a runaway success since then. Motorola has launched the dual-SIM variant of the Moto G in India. Motorola has promised that the update would be available in India in coming days. You can read our first impressions of the Moto G here.
