Lenovo-owned Motorola has scheduled an event on April 19 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where the company is expected to launch three new smartphones in the Moto G6 series. These smartphones, namely Moto G6, Moto G6 Play and Moto G6 Plus, have already been surfaced in a number of leaks. Now, the Moto G6 Play has surfaced been in a leaked video, showing off its design from the front and the back.
Shared by Manasco Neto, the leaked YouTube video shows off the smartphone for 9-seconds. You can see the full screen 18:9 display on the front, with a selfie camera and LED flash above the display. However, despite a full screen display, the top and bottom bezels are thicker than most full screen smartphones out there. The back of the smartphone shows off a circular module that houses the rear camera and LED flash, with the circular cut out for Moto logo, which is rumored to come integrated with a fingerprint sensor underneath.
In the leaked video, the guy does refer it to as Moto G6, but it is actually the Moto G6 Play. You can make that out from the single rear camera on the Play variant, whereas the Moto G6 and Moto G6 Plus are expected to come with dual rear cameras.
