Recent rumors have suggested that Motorola is getting ready to launch a new Android One smartphone, dubbed as Motorola One Power. In fact, only a few days ago, a leaked image of the smartphone was spotted on Twitter, which revealed that it will be featuring a notched display. Now, however, a detailed list of the smartphone’s specifications has been leaked online, giving us an idea of the Motorola One Power will have to offer.
The report comes courtesy of Techienize, which seems to have obtained all the information from a Spanish listing. The specifications list also comes with an image, which not only confirms the notch display, but also gives us an idea of the smartphone’s design. It’s clear now that the Motorola One Power will be featuring a 6.2-inch display with a tall aspect ratio of 19:9. Besides the notch, there is also a relatively thick chin at bottom of the screen, which carries Motorola branding. At the back, we can see a vertically aligned dual camera setup and Android One branding as well.
Motorola One Power specifications and features
Based on the image, the Motorola One Power is expected to come with Snapdragon 636 SOC, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. That should put the phone in the mid-range category. The 6.2-inch display features a full HD+ (1080 x 2280 pixels) resolution and an aspect ratio of 19:9. Underneath the hood, the phone will be packing a 3,780mAh battery, and will be running on Android 8.1 Oreo OS.
The dual rear camera setup at the back is said to consist of a 12-megapixel primary sensor, paired alongside a 5-megapixel secondary sensor, probably for depth measurement. Both cameras carry an aperture of f/1.8 and f/2.0 respectively. For taking selfies, the phone is suggested to come with an 8-megapixel camera at the front, which features an aperture of f/2.2.
