Sony is widely expected to showcase the Xperia XZ Pro at next month’s Mobile World Congress 2018. And just ahead of the expected release, some schematics of the purported smartphone have surfaced online, which reveal both the front and back panels of the device.

Based on the leaked renders shared by Phone Corridor, the Xperia XZ Pro will apparently sport dual front-facing loudspeakers. In addition, the schematics also show a selfie camera, the company logo, and the sensors located in the front.

However, as opposed to the rear camera we have seen placed in the middle in previously leaked renders, the new schematics show that the rear camera of the smartphone is located on the upper right-hand side of the handset’s rear panel. Meanwhile, the LED flash is placed directly beside the device’s rear camera. As for the specifics of the camera, some reports suggest that the phone will apparently feature one 18-megapixel sensor and one 12-megapixel sensor.

Also, the leak claims a 5.7-inch OLED display with a 4K resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9. Continuing the Xperia trend, the XZ Pro will apparently also include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner which is likely to be incorporated into the power button of the handset. This too has been seen in previous leaks.

Further, another report that came in a few weeks ago claimed that the upcoming Sony smartphone may be the first to be unveiled with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC under the hood. Besides that, it has also been rumored, that the Xperia XZ Pro’s processor will be accompanied by 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

Additionally, a recent report also claimed that the smartphone will be priced at RMB 6,000, which equates to about Rs 60,000. Fueling the device is believed to be a 3,420mAh battery.
