Just ahead of Apple’s annual developers conference WWDC where the company will be announce the latest developments in the iOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS operating systems, an interesting piece of news seems to have leaked out. The new leak suggests that Apple’s macOS 10.14 is all set to get a Dark Mode.
This leak was accidentally discovered when Steve Troughton-Smith, who is a developer, found a video preview of development software that shows to be running in a Dark Mode. He has since tweeted several screenshots that shows the Xcode 10 which show the settings.

This is not to confused with the presently available dark mode on macOS which only affects the dock and menu bar and turns those dark. According to a report by MaxRumors, the colors of the theme of the macOS is darker in the video and even the trash can has a darker texture which is an indicator that this theme change could be system wide.
Besides these Troughton-Smith has noticed and pointed out that there is an Apple-News app icon that can be seen in the video, visible in the dock. There is also an App Store with video previews that can be noticed in the video.
Of the few things that we know about the upcoming macOS 10.14 is that there will possible be some feature that will be integrating Mac and iOS apps. We may also come to know the name of the next version of the operating system.
Apple’s WWDC is all set to be held on June 4 which is today and begins 10.30 PM IST.
