Over the last few days we have seen a raft of leaks regarding the next generation of Nexus 7. Today the tablet has received a complete hands-on treatment in a video, which was spotted by Android Police. In addition to this the device is also up for pre-order on Best Buy. All this leads us to believe that Sundar Pichai will surely announce the product tonight along side of the next version of Android which almost certainly is 4.3 Jelly Bean.

From the leaked video, we get a quick look at the packaging of the product, and it also confirms that the tablet runs Android 4.3 out of the box. The rear 5-megapixel camera is also clearly visible, and it appears that the new Nexus 7 is much thinner and has a more solid looking finish in the back.

The Best Buy posting has revealed specs and pricing regarding the two 16GB and 32GB SKUs. According to the listing, it will have a 7-inch 1080p display delivering 323 pixels per inch. It has also been revealed that the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro 8064 quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. This will be tied in with the Adreno 320 GPU and 2GB of RAM.

The 16GB model will be priced at $229.99 in the US, while the 32GB model will cost $269.99 in the US. Of course, we don’t expect it to land in India anytime soon, but then stranger things have happened in the past.
