The company had already started releasing the Android Oreo beta update in other countries, which has now been extended to the Indian users. If you are a Nokia 6 user, you could install the update and test out the features by signing up on Nokia’s beta labs website using the IMEI number of your device. Once you sign up, you will receive the beta version as an OTA update after 12 hours.
However, as it is a beta version, there might be inconsistencies in performance. Hence, it is advisable to back up your data before installing the beta version. The beta update 5.140 version is said to be about 1.8GB in size, and also carries the December 2017 security patch, The Mobile Indian reports.
