Windows Phone 7.8 brings the same homescreen as Windows Phone 8 with multiple tile sizes. Users will also get Internet Sharing, Bluetooth Sharing, Camera Extras as well as some new apps including Nokia City Lens among others. It also brings the option to set images from Bing as the lock screen image.
