After being in the rumor mill for the past few weeks, and after numerous leaks, HMD Global is all set to launch the Nokia X6 in China tomorrow. The launch event will kick off at 3:30PM in China, which is 1:00PM in India. Now, ahead of the launch, the smartphone has been put through the paces on Geekbench, revealing some of its key specifications and features.
The listing reveals that the Nokia X6 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 octa-core SoC paired with 6GB of RAM. However, other options with 4GB of RAM and 3GB of RAM are also likely to be available. In the software department, the Geekbench listing shows that the smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo. In the single-core and multi-core tests, the alleged smartphone has logged a score of 1332 and 4892, respectively.
Leaked listing from retailer Suning have also surfaced on Baidu (spotted by NokiaPowerUser), which reveals complete specifications and details of the Nokia X6. The chipset and RAM details are the same as spotted on Geekbench. The retailer listing reveals dual rear cameras and front camera specifications.

At the back, the Nokia X6 will come with a 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary depth sensor. Up front, will be a 16-megapixel selfie camera with AI processing unit, the listing reveals. The AI will help to add DSLR-like bokeh effects to your photos, and add beautification to your selfies.
The front will flaunt a 5.8-inch full HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio, and a notch on the top that will house the front camera, proximity sensors and the earpiece. With a 3,080mAh battery, the smartphone will run stock Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box. In terms of pricing, the Nokia X6 will start at RMB 1,499, which is approximately Rs 16,000. Besides China launch, there is no word on whether the smartphone will be extended to the other markets across the globe.
