Notion Ink Adam II now available on e-commerce sites for Rs 15,999

After a lot of rumors and conjectures, Notion Ink finally launched the Adam II back in December last year. The tablet, which was exclusively available on the company’s website, can now be bought off Indian e-commerce sites like eBay for Rs 15,999 (Wi-Fi) and Rs 17,999 (3G). This is the same price at which the company is offering the tablet on its website when you use a coupon code.

To recap, the Adam II flaunts a 10.1-inch IPS (1280×800 pixels) display with Asahi scratch resistant glass protection. Inspired by a book, the spine of the tablet can be customized to show notifications and contextual data.

It is powered by a Cortex A9 dual-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and paired with quad-core Mali 400 GPU and 1GB of RAM. Other features include 3.15-megapixel rear camera, front camera, 8GB internal storage that can be expanded to up to 32GB using a microSD card, dual front facing speakers and a 6,000mAh battery.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and on the software front, the tablet runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
