Ahead of the global launch on May 16, OnePlus has been teasing various features of its upcoming smartphone, the OnePlus 6. Now, OnePlus brand ambassador Amitabh Bachchan has posted a couple of photos on Twitter of his meeting with OnePlus CEO Pete Lau. The photos offer a clearest look at the black and white color variants of the OnePlus 6. Bachchan also announced that launch invites for India event on May 17 will go live today at 10AM.
The tweet has now been deleted, but luckily had taken screenshots of same before filing the story. While Bachchan is seen using the black color variant, Pete Lau is seen using the white color variant. Besides the color variants, you can also see the vertical dual cameras at the back, dual tone LED flash below it, followed by the pill-shaped fingerprint sensor. Just below the sensor, you can also see the OnePlus logo.
OnePlus has already teased that the smartphone will feature a glass back, and both smartphones seem to have it, although the photos aren’t very clear. Having glass back will allow OnePlus to include wireless charging, but it remains to be seen if it can be as fast as Dash Charging.
