OnePlus reported its latest flagship the OnePlus 6 to be the highest selling smartphone in terms of revenue in a single day. After the sale of its regular variant though, it was the turn of the OnePlus 6 Marvel Avengers Limited Edition, which went on sale in the country today. However, the demand doesn’t seem to be stopping, as the phone went out of stock nearly a minute after it went on sale on Amazon India at 12:00PM.
The special edition phone features a kevlar-printed back with glass on top, and is priced at Rs 44,999. It also sports a golden Avengers logo at the back. Along with the few design changes, the phone also packs 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. There is no word of the limited-edition smartphone coming online again, but rumors are hinting at a few units making an appearance in some offline stores around 3 June. However, nothing is official yet and we’ll have to wait for a statement from OnePlus on that.
