The OnePlus 6 is currently one of the most anticipated devices of the year, and the number of leaks around the device are only doing justice to the anticipation. The latest leak that comes in is a benchmark of the alleged device, which claims to reveal a bunch of specifications of the smartphones.
As reported by GizmoChina, the smartphone was spotted on Geekbench, which revealed that the OnePlus 6 carrying the model number NS NS P7819, and will run Android 8.1 Oreo. The phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, and come with 6GB of RAM.
The benchmark scores are 2535 and 8632 for single-core and multi-core respectively. These are similar to the scores of the Mi MIX 2s, another Snapdragon 845 phone which has been launched today.
Besides that, from what we know so far, the OnePlus 6 is expected to follow on the footsteps of Oppo F7 and Vivo V9 by adopting the notched display design first seen on iPhone X.
The smartphone is expected to feature a 6.28-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. Apparently, the OnePlus 6 will likely be a rebranded Oppo R15. So if that’s true, we could expect a tall 19:9 aspect ratio display with thin bezels as well.
Reportedly, the 6GB RAM variant will come with 128GB internal storage. And there will also be a higher version with 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage.
Moreover, the OnePlus is also believed to sport a 20-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera setup will apparently include a combination of 20-megapixel and 16-megapixel sensors, both with f/1.7 aperture.
